Welp. Typical day-to-day operations and routines have changed quite a bit! Staying home during the height of the coronavirus has become the new norm for many people all over the world, including myself.

However, there’s plenty of good and positive things that can come from this period of self-quarantine! I in no way want to make light of the situation, but since we can’t control the negative things happening, we can at least cultivate happy moments and devote time to self-care at home. And for those working hard to keep our healthcare systems and other essential businesses open, I hope they can have moments here and there to relax and do things they love.

To help my fellow folks out during this uncertain time, I thought it would be fun to share a free coloring page download! I illustrated flowers and other plants and hand-lettered the word “Breathe” - as a reminder that breath is our life force, a powerful tool for mindfulness, and that breathing outdoors is fantastic medicine for the body and soul.

I’ve always found art to be immensely therapeutic and relaxing. If you’re in the same boat, I encourage you to print this 8.5” x 11” page, grab your favorite art tools, and find a moment to color with your favorite warm (or boozy!) beverage, some music, and maybe a cozy blanket or two!
